NJFW day 5

Receptions and parties are bad if you're trying to eat healthy! But oddly enough they have good food for you too. I might have had too much cheese and crackers.... but are crackers really junk food...don't think so if they have sesame seeds on them.

B= cottage cheese, strawberry and toast - is it bad if I ate the cottage cheese container in 3 days...
S=muffin
L= reception healthy food and red curry left over
S=banana
D=butternut squash and chicken wrap

Ricky says he wants to lose weight, I said he should watch what he eats. Maybe I,ll be able to get him off the gravy train sooner than later!

Mmmmm gravy!

    Interesting to read your eating adventures! It took a while for Chris to get on the healthy eating wagon too, but now he's almost fanatic sometimes :)
