Okay, i`m having a few issues identifying junk food but i`m doing my best and if i`m not sure I`m trying to stay clear...like cheese sticks (Ficello) I think they're bad but i`m not sure as it is cheese.
Ricky has been hoarding Halloween treats and took them out yesterday as it`s no junk food week. Who does that. He said he forgot he had them.
B= yogurt
S= carots
L= Spinash salad and hummus and crackers
D= Spaghetti and whole wheat pasta
It's still hard to figure out what is junk food and had a discussion about breverages with Ricky last night and I don`t think I can drink anything but water and milk...
