Now I checked the web and it says that I should eat 1918 calories per day to maintain my weight and 500 less per day to lose weight = meaning I should eat 1418 calories. And nobody should go below 1200 calories per day unless advise by a doctor.

I will definately try to do less than 1900 per day but I don't know if I can make it to 1400 as I still don't know how many calories are in stuff but I will make a very big effort.
