B= yogurt, pear

No afternoon snack - too full and heartburn
D= It was supose to be Quinoa night but i'm not feeling up to it so it's boccachini cheese tomato salad. I bought too much stuff that is going to go bad, I can only eat so much. Quinoa tomorrow.

I went to the remembrance day ceremony downtown today. Did you see me on TV? probably not because we were the ones standing behing 10,000 people. I went with Jay and we didn't see or hear too much.

Monique: " Jay, it's past 11:11 and they didn't do the moment of silence!!!"
Jay: " Yeah, it was at 11:00, remember when the canon went off and then it went off again?"
Monique: "Holy crap, was I quiet during the moment of silence"
Jay: "yeah, you didn't talk"
Monique: "phew"
