Challenges

So I just got a book from the library called Skinny Bitch - A no-nonsense, tough-love guide for savvy girls who want to stop eating crap and start looking fabulous. It pretty much says that everything you eat is bad for you - so now I wonder what I can eat... YES to stop eating crap, OK to looking fabulous...I mean I look okay, it's not as if i'm fatty fat fat.

As I have no will power over food I was thinking that this book would be a good way of evaluating the way I eat and how to eat healthier and to what point do I want to change!

I'm going to set weekly (or bi-weekly, or monthly depending how I feel) challenges for myself and hope that by the end of my challenge i'll be able adopt a better lifestyle change.

Challenges are still being worked out in my head but can include:

Veggies for me
What is vegan? really what is vegan
Is salt satan? Reading labels!
No more steroids - Organic all the way - this better not cost me a mint!
No more junk in the trunk - zero junk food

Now let's hope I can get Ricky on board as he does most of the cooking...and he loves the fatty fat fat!
