CCW day 10 - Oh Banana!

I finally got to watch the finally of America`s top models. We'll see if Ann makes it...as no other model from that show has seen to make it.

B = Kashi and milk (180) i`m almost out of Kashi but I have multigrain cherrios. I really don't switch it up from day to day. I`m kindda boring like that.
S= banana (105) i`m still surprise about that calories. It is a sweet fruit. I have more info on the greatness of banana as I love bananas. Might be my favorite fruit!
L= stew (300)
S= 6 rice crackers (40) and a golden delicious apple (80)
D= Greek salad (220)  and 2 pork slouvlaki (120 for the 2 - that seems low) and one blueberry cookie (30)
Total: 1075 but I think it's more as Greek salad and soulvaki seem low...

CCW day 9

I was gift wrapping last night so I didn't have time to update. I`m doing gift wrapping for CNIB - if you're at Bayshore and need a gift wrap please support (but a bit expensive).

Now I had a treat last night. I got hot chocolat with whip cream from second cup my absolute favorite. The freaken thing was cold!!!   (310) and I didn't even enjoy it. How sad.

Yesterday was a slow start. I wonder if there is any calories in advil and gravol...

L: Lipton chicken noodle soup (140) and  6 soda crackers (83) amd margarine (40)
S: 12 rice crackers (80) 1 slice of french bread (92) butter (50)
D: Beef stew (about 250 as per internet) and 2 piece of bread and butter (284) ice tea (80)

Total: 1099

CCW day 7

BEST X-mas album ever!

It was girl's x-mas yesterday so I figured that I would go over calory budget...but once you get drunk you don't think off all the calories in drinks!

B= Kashi and milk (180)
S= about 12 rice crackers in the day (80)
L= Subway rosted chicken sub (310) and chocolate milk (170)
D= went out for dinner with the girls at Fratteli's (might be my favorite italien place)

So good! I shared a caprese salad (80) two piece of bread and olive oil balsamic(140 ish- i'm having issues finding numbers), chicken gargonzola (about 400), broccoli (20) two glasses of wine (180)

Total : 1560

BAR = oh my calorie count was out of control!!! I was doing okay before I hit the bar considering I went out.
1 glass of wine (90)
I think 5 rye and gingers (109 each =545)

Total: 2195!!!! OUCH

I will continu CCW for another week as I want to learn more about how many calories in diffrent things.

I was good today... I think. I went to the Speaker's x-mas party and didn't have all the yummy treats. I was going to treat myself with one mini tart and when I bit into it there was a cherry and i couldn't even eat it.

B= Kashi and milk (180)
L= went to Kabob Kabob in World Exchange and got a pita wrap and greek salad. The guy didn't even ask if I wanted white or brown pita. they asked Jen. I was given no choice.(250) and greek salad (200) ice tea (120)
D= reception food so 2  piece of cheese (60) and fruit on a stick (guestimate 300) and 2 glasses of wine (180)

around 1290 and i'm hungry so maybe I'll go find someting in the 200 calorie range.

Hopefully Dixie will sleep in tomorrow!
I'm building my gingerbread house tomorrow to put in front of my door at work to decorate. I hope it turns out.

Kinda boring left over day today.

No snacky today - lost track of time
L = left over Pho from yesterday = 400

Total 1170 - oh no, below poverty line

Oh I had a blueberry flat cookie - probably like 50 so 1220!

I got 2 things from Beyond the Rack up to now and i'm very happy! My Buffalo jeans ($40 - regular over $100) fit well and my Tribe dress is nice ($25 and regular $140) They have really nice things but i'm really sad right now because the Matt and Nat bag that I wanted to get is sold out :( I waited too long...or actually I wasn't sure I wanted to invest in it still at $70.

Frig, I didn't even have a snack yesterday. I was too busy and I went to the dentist. The dental hygines said that it`s best to use soft tooth brushes and electric is better. She recommended Oral B.

Calorie counting is interesting. I might do it for 2 weeks. It's nice to see how much is in everything!
