CCW day 15

B= cherrios mix (180)
S= cinnamon bun and fruit (not too sure but i'm putting 300)
L = Tuna melt sandwich (350) Now can you believe that there is less calories in processed cheese than real cheese slices (35 vs 90)
D= Homemade chinese food so you'd think we could've done it healthier! Chicken fried rice (363 HOLY CRAP - I actually don`t think ours had that much calories and that's for a cup and I had maybe 3/4 cup), 4 oz spare ribs (275), chicken and veggie stir fry (162)
Total: 1280 - again low number as I ate pretty fatty but then again i`m not having cookies, chocolate or chips...Ah chocolate milk. I had a glass yesterday!!!
I think about 150 but I'll check tonight on the carton and I had a glass of ice tea (120)
