I was gift wrapping last night so I didn't have time to update. I`m doing gift wrapping for CNIB - if you're at Bayshore and need a gift wrap please support (but a bit expensive).
B= Kashi puffs and milk (180)
S= banana (105) really that many calories in a banana!!!
L= left over stew (300)
S= cheese (80)
D= Sushi Avocado roll (6 pieces) (140) and 4 pieces of Ebi nigiri (shrimp) (60 each = 240)

Now I had a treat last night. I got hot chocolat with whip cream from second cup my absolute favorite. The freaken thing was cold!!! (310) and I didn't even enjoy it. How sad.
